The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful double room. The location was convenient. Breakfast was good at a nearby bar.
There was noise outside early each morning and late at night. The rooftop bar was being renovated and was closed. MY room lacked a handset in the shower.

clean room convenient location friendly staff
I found my room very clean. The location near the main square worked well. The staff was really nice and friendly, efficient too. I felt grateful for the prosecco cute gift on the rooftop bar. It gave an amazing view.

the hotel's location made it easy to reach all the main attractions the concierge staff were particularly helpful i found them kind when i needed assistance i stayed in a large room i had a comfortable bed there the breakfast was good it was a short walk away.
the noise from the street at night was a problem the bars nearby made it difficult to sleep with the window open i needed earplugs but it was still somewhat audible

I found the location very convenient for exploring the area. my room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (lionel was kind). i especially liked the rooftop bar, it had wonderful views.
i had some difficulty getting a second key for my room. it would be more convenient to have better access to additional keys.
